Clearing Cookies and Cache

Google Chrome

1. Select the Wrench icon on the right side of the screen, and click Options
2. Click 'Under the Hood', then click 'Clear Browsing Data'
3. Make sure 'Empty the cache' and 'Delete Cookies and other site and plug-in data' are both checked
4. Click 'Clear browsing data'
5. Close and restart your browser

Firefox

1. Click the Firefox menu, then 'History' and then 'Clear Recent History'
2. Make sure 'Cookies' and 'Cache' are both checked
3. Click 'Clear Now'
4. Close and restart your browser

Internet Explorer 9

1. Select the Gear icon and click Internet Options.
2. In the Browsing History section of the General tab, click Delete
3. Make sure 'Temporary Internet files' and 'Cookies' are both checked
4. Click Delete, then ok
5. Close and restart your browser

Internet Explorer 8

1. Select the Tools menu and click Internet Options and select the General tab.
2. In the Browsing History section, click Delete
3. Make sure 'Temporary Internet files' and 'Cookies' are both checked
4. Click Delete, then ok
5. Close and restart your browser

Internet Explorer 7

1. Select the Tools menu and click Internet Options and select the General tab.
2. In the Browsing History section, click Delete, then click Delete cookies, then yes
3. Close and restart your browser

Internet Explorer 6

1. Select the Tools menu and click Internet Options and select the General tab.
2. To delete all cookies, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Cookies and press OK.
3. Close and restart your browser
